Session 5: February 23rd - April 10th
Session 6: April 13th - May 22nd
Homeschool Lessons
Homeschool Lessons are for all levels of athletes that participate in a hybrid or homeschool setting. Our homeschool community is growing and we would love for you to be a part of it!
Beginner Lessons
Beginner Lessons are for kids ages of 6-10 that are brand new to the sport interested in learning fundamentals. Divers will learn the basic of diving mechanics, how to execute a dive safely, and build the foundation to progress them to Advanced Lessons.
Advanced Lessons
This group is for divers who want to continue to build on the skills they gained in Beginner Lessons, learn new dives, and incorporate more of 3 meter springboard and platform .
Middle School Lessons
Middle School Lessons are for athletes ages 11-13. Here they will learn how to dive safely, build a complete diving list to compete in intra-squad meets, and ultimately prepare them to compete in the local middle school and high school diving seasons.
High School Lessons
High School Lessons are tailored for high school divers with a wide range of skill and interest. Some high school divers have never dove before, others have a basic foundation, and a few are experienced athletes that enjoy diving recreationally. All divers in this group will learn enough dives to compete a 6-dive list and an 11-dive list, both which are required to compete in high school diving season meets.
